Hello. I see this is an open box item with the additional description of "Removed from new laptop for keyboard change by Dell". Please explain the circumstances. It is truly just from an open box (and never used or installed) or was it installed in a laptop before? It is a genuine Dell palm rest or is it a generic copy? Are all adhesive tabs and connectors intact? For example, are the metal mesh tabs that connect to the backside of the touchpad intact? Thank you.
