Firstly, please accept our apologies for the confusion on this, it's very strange. There are 3 of us currently trying to sort it out. We WILL fix whatever has gone wrong, but it might take us a short while.
Also, please accept our apologies for the earlier responses of "Hi" and "Hmm" - this isn't how we reply to our customers! I'm not sure if it's some kind of AI response from our messaging system as it happened outside of our usual working hours. We'll investigate this also.
In the meantime, if you've changed your address to the correct one you can order the item again and it will be shipped today. Unfortunately we can't just manually alter your address as that goes against eBays seller policies, so you'll have to re-order.
