Hi,

To sync a new AirPod with an old one, place both in the charging case, charge for 20 minutes, then hold the rear button or double-tap the front of the case to initiate pairing until the light flashes white. Finally, open the case near your iPhone and follow the on-screen setup, ensuring you "Forget" the old AirPods in Bluetooth settings first.

You have to make sure the A code matches your case I have attached an image it should be helpful to you.

The issue happens because basically your existing Airpods items think the new item belongs to a different set and is looking for the old item that is not there anymore. The two earbuds are paired to each other as well as the case. To fix the issue you have to teach your Airpods to accept the new item a as part of the set and stop looking for the old item.

This video shows one way of doing that, which works most of the time:

However it does not work on all the variations of the Airpods so if you search YouTube or Google, you will find other pairing processes to try.

You may also have to try the process a few times to get it to work.

I notice you've bought the ANC version of this earbud. If you have a non-ANC version as your right earbud / case, they WILL NOT work together. Can you please confirm which version you have? Your right earbud should be A3055 and the case A3059. Any other model number is not compatible with this version.

Yes you can come round and one of our technicians will have a look at it for you, but there are only certain times when we can do that:
