It’s very unlikely that we sent the wrong earbuds, as we check and match the serial numbers before dispatch.

Also, AirPods Pro 3 earbuds will not fit properly in an AirPods Pro 1 or 2 case and vice versa. If both earbuds fit in the case and the lid closes fully, then you almost certainly have the correct model.

To help me investigate this further, could you please confirm which generation case and left earbud you’re using?
