There may be very subtle differences that aren't immediately obvious. It may well fit, but the only way to be certain is to check the part number (in this case 0N4HJH) against that of your current palmrest, which will likely involve opening up the machine and may require a technician.

You can also check on Dell's website, using your service tag to identify the part you currently have installed, but they don't always list it. Best way is always to check it manually.
