Hi. We're enrolled on the eBay beta for invoices to make it easier for our customers. On a desktop or laptop, please go to PURCHASE HISTORY and then select the item and then click on MORE ACTIONS > VIEW TAX INVOICE. You can click the print icon in the top right corner, which will give you the option to SAVE AS PDF. If you don't see it, please let us know and we'll send you an invoice manually.

Thanks for the information. eBay won't let you generate a return label for international orders, but you can send it back via your local post, or the courier of your choice.
You just can't do it via eBay.
