It does NOT say in the listing that it fits the 3510, only the 3500. It may well fit, but the only way to be certain is to check the part number (0XPXMR) against that of your current palmrest, which will likely involve opening up the machine and may require a technician.
Please don't order based solely on what it looks like, as there may be very subtle differences that aren't immediately obvious.
You can also check on Dell's website, using your service tag to identify the part you currently have installed, but they don't always list it.
